“Where do I begin? Close to a year ago I had called Charlotte McConkey about a house that was for sale and she was the realtor. I ended up speaking to her for an hour and she was so beyond helpful. Hard working and very caring. Even when I was getting down and discouraged in the crazy market we were in last year, she continued to give me the positivity I needed. She upped my spirits every day reassuring me that my time will come and what’s meant to be will happen. I had a few offers in on houses I lost out on but Charlotte was right. It all worked out. The house I am now proud to say I own, was because of Charlotte and her hard work finding exactly what I wanted. She made my dreams come true. If you want a realtor that’s not in it for making money and genuinely in it to help you find your dream house Charlotte is your girl. She made everything easy and stress free and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. To this day she texts/emails me to check in see how I’m doing and how the house is. She even visited me on Christmas to give me a card and a calendar for the new year. She’s an amazing person and I am lucky to have got to know her. Once you meet Charlotte you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
