Charlotte is very nice, honest, reliable, and does not pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with. She works extremely hard and always works around your schedule. We both work 9-5 and have 2 young children and Charlotte was always very accommodating and happy to meet with us in the evening or on weekends. Charlotte McConkey was our real estate agent in October, 2010. She found us a home within two and a half weeks, with November 1 as our possession date. She is very focused and tireless when on a mission to find a home, or to find a buyer for a home. We were fussy with our requirements: It had to be a bungalow with 3 bedrooms and a huge lot for gardening, near a bus route but not on a busy street and definitely not in a flood zone.
